GenPro provides procurement services via negotiating framework supply agreements with reputable international suppliers for and on behalf of its Members.
GenPro’s income derives from a standard Brokerage Fee, paid by the suppliers to GenPro for its extensive procurement experience, support, the time & effort invested in monitoring the clients’ individual performance of their ordering targets and taking corrective actions when necessary. In line with the GenPro supplier agreement, suppliers agree to pay GenPro an Annual Administration fee covering the administrative work involved in contracting, approving, registering and maintaining the suppliers profile on the platform.
GenPro negotiates with its suppliers, where possible, Volume Related Discounts; these discounts are returned to GenPro’s clients 100%, and as stipulated in the respective agreement.

The directory of contracted partner suppliers currently caters for the needs of the maritime & shipping sector, covering the requirements for, and not limited to, tankers, bulk and gas carriers, cruise & passenger vessels as well as container vessels. GenPro’s services however can also extended to offshore, hospitality, construction and aviation sectors, amongst others.
GenPro will agree framework agreements with suppliers of all services, items and consumables.
