In November, in the spirit of supporting and giving back to our community, the GenPro teams in Cyprus and Singapore geared up to support the global Movember – ‘MAKE A MOVE’ movement. The team joined its forces with the global community, with an aptly named team ‘GenPro Mo-Mentum’, and the aim was that each person should run 60 km, representing the 60 men we lose each hour, every hour, to suicide worldwide.
The team pledged its support to raise money for the funding of groundbreaking health projects across mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. With the help of colleagues and friends the team collected donations whilst collectively moved over 720 kilometers.
That’s about the distance from the port of Hamburg to the shores of the United Kingdom.
